We surveyed 250 executives and 250 employees at large companies about the state of digital adoption in today’s dynamic business world. Some important findings emerged:
Digital adoption expectations are not being met: Over 88% of executives say at least one digital transformation project has failed.
Digital tensions – impact on employee satisfaction and productivity: Slightly more than 40% of employees are not satisfied with the support they receive from IT when it comes to software problems.
Challenges when introducing new software exist almost everywhere: 92% of companies report difficulties due to a lack of digital adoption.
