Userlane and Deutsche Bahn have signed a frame contract extending their collaboration to 2031, building on three years of joint work that began through Deutsche Bahn’s 2019 accelerator program.
Userlane’s platform will support Deutsche Bahn in the rollout of its HCM software, including Oracle and ServiceNow, as well as SAP Ariba, their internal marketplace. Userlane will also provide Deutsche Bahn with insights into the software adoption process, analyzing user behavior and engagement data to identify areas for improvement. This will allow Deutsche Bahn to optimize their software investments, increase productivity, and achieve better business outcomes.
