Munich, Germany – Userlane, a software adoption company for regulated industries, announces its partnership with Deutsche Bahn, the national railway company in Germany. Together, Userlane and Deutsche Bahn have entered into a frame contract that will extend until 2031, reaffirming their commitment to a long-term strategic collaboration. Userlane will work closely with Deutsche Bahn to simplify complex software processes and reduce friction, helping employees efficiently navigate essential tools.

In this partnership, Userlane’s platform will support Deutsche Bahn in the rollout of its HCM software, including Oracle and ServiceNow, as well as SAP Ariba, their internal marketplace. Userlane will also provide Deutsche Bahn with valuable insights into the software adoption process, analyzing user behavior and engagement data to identify areas for improvement. This will allow Deutsche Bahn to optimize their software investments, increase productivity, and ultimately achieve better business outcomes.

“Userlane’s continued partnership with Deutsche Bahn builds on the success of our collaboration over the past three years,” said Hartmut Hahn, CEO of Userlane. “With Application Intelligence and Contextual Assistance, they will be able to streamline their technology adoption efforts and accelerate software adoption.”

Through close cooperation and coordination with Felix Brehmer, an Account Executive at Userlane, the company was able to provide exceptional support and deliver outstanding value to Deutsche Bahn. This agreement builds on an initial three-year collaborative effort and follows Userlane’s participation in Deutsche Bahn’s 2019 accelerator program, demonstrating the ongoing commitment of both companies to strengthen their business relationship and achieve shared success.

“With Userlane, we have found an innovative partner to advance digitization and improve user experience. Above all, the simple and flexible handling convinced us.” Michael Endress, Product Owner DB Systel
